About me
My name is Estelle, founder of Évasion Provence, based in Salon-de-Provence.
With over 15 years of experience in creating and organising events, I have always been guided by a deep conviction: to offer experiences that make sense, that create connection and that respect our environment.
Drawn to well-being, nature and the richness of our terroir, I have chosen to highlight local producers and the places that surround them. Each experience is designed in partnership with our local partners, carefully selected for their craft and authenticity.
Every gathering is conceived as an immersion into the Provençal art of living, at your own pace and according to your wishes: with friends, family, as a couple or as a team.
My goal is simple: to let you discover this magnificent region differently, by celebrating those who bring it to life, while offering you unique, friendly and unforgettable moments.

Claire
Olive grower
A family estate, at the heart of a traditional terraced olive grove typical of Provence. Taken over in 2019 by Claire, a passionate olive grower, the estate carries on an artisanal craft around Provence AOP olive oil, with a production made exclusively from the estate's own olives.
Aurélie
Goat farmer & cheesemaker
A family farm at the foot of the Alpilles, specialised in goat farming and the artisanal making of farmhouse cheeses. Aurélie carries on a local craft through direct sales, favouring proximity, exchanges with visitors and authentic cheese-making done on the farm itself.
Valérie
Winemaker
Valérie has been working her vineyards for several generations at the heart of the Provençal terroir, carrying on a family story tied to viticulture. A member of a historic cooperative cellar established in 1923, she cultivates close to 490 hectares alongside fellow winemakers and produces AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence and IGP Méditerranée wines, with respect for the terroir and a sustainable viticulture certified HVE.
