Event participation conditions

Participation in the event implies unreserved acceptance of the following conditions.

1. Behaviour and responsibility

Participants undertake to behave responsibly and respectfully, in particular during the alcohol tasting. They acknowledge participating in the event under their own responsibility.

2. Fitness to taste alcohol

Participants declare that they are fit to consume alcohol and have no medical contraindication. They notably confirm:

  • that they do not suffer from any condition incompatible with the consumption of alcohol,
  • that they are not undergoing medical treatment contraindicating the consumption of alcohol,
  • that they are not in a situation requiring abstinence (pregnancy, driving, etc.).

Consequently, they acknowledge being solely responsible for their consumption.

3. Alcohol consumption

Wine tasting is offered in a strictly supervised setting and in compliance with current regulations. Participants undertake to:

  • respect the quantities served during the tasting,
  • not demand or request additional quantities of alcohol.

The host reserves the right to refuse to serve anyone in case of inappropriate behaviour or excessive consumption.

4. Risks linked to the outdoor environment

As the event takes place outdoors, participants acknowledge being informed of possible natural risks, including: sun exposure, insect bites, terrain conditions (uneven ground, dust, etc.). Consequently, they declare being responsible for their own protection (sunscreen, suitable clothing…) and not holding the host liable for such inconveniences or incidents.

5. Respect for the venues

Participants undertake to respect the venues, the equipment and the environment. Any damage may be invoiced.

6. General liability

The host cannot be held liable for:

  • the consequences of inappropriate behaviour from a participant,
  • excessive consumption of alcohol,
  • incidents linked to natural or external elements.

7. Food risks and allergies

Food products served (savoury and sweet) may contain allergens (tree nuts, gluten, lactose, eggs, etc.). Consequently:

  • participants undertake to report any allergy or intolerance before taking part in the event,
  • they acknowledge consuming these products under their own responsibility,
  • the host cannot be held liable for any allergic reaction linked to failure to report in advance or to a particular sensitivity.

The host undertakes, as far as possible, to inform participants about the composition of the products offered.

The organiser is neither a producer nor a distributor of the various products offered. We act solely within the framework of a tourism service.
